We offer corporate memberships to companies and institutions that wish to enroll a group of their employees in our association. Corporate membership allows a designated number of employees, as listed by the corporate member, to receive membership benefits (special prices and priority for registration to ECPA events, training, and other benefits described above). These benefits are tied to the corporate entity, not to individual employees. If the corporate member's employee list changes, an updated list must be provided to ECPA, and the benefits will transfer to the newly listed employees. Employees who are removed from the list will no longer have access to membership benefits.

Corporate Membership Fee Structure

Corporate Membership Base Fee Plan 1: One-year membership - 200 EUR

​Corporate Membership Base Fee Plan 2:  Two-year membership - 380 EUR

 

Employee-Membership-Based Tiered Pricing:

  • 1-5 employees: 10 % discount on the membership fee per employee.

  • 6-10 employees: 15 %discount on the membership fee per employee .

  • 11 and more employees: 20 percent discount on the membership fee per employee.

Cost Calculation Example:

  • Corporate Membership Base Fee Plan 1: 200 EUR

    • Employee membership fee: 10 employees x 85 EUR each (calculated with a 15 percent discount from 100) = 850  EUR. Total 1050 EUR.

    • Employee membership fee: 2 employees X 90 EUR each (calculated with a 10 percent discount from 100) = 380 EUR. Total 380 EUR.

  • Corporate Membership Base Fee Plan 2: 380 EUR

    • Employee membership fee: 10 employees x 144,5 EUR each (calculated with a 15 percent discount from 170) = 1445 EUR. Total 1825  EUR.

    • Employee membership fee: 2 employees X 153 EUR each (calculated with a 10 percent discount from 170) = 306 EUR. Total 686  EUR total.

Additional Conditions:

  • Corporate membership is granted to the legal entity in question. This means that the company may choose to delegate different individuals to ECPA events by changing the employee list up to four times per membership year.
