About the event

Forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) is the practice of consciously spending time in nature through slow walking in the forest and sensory immersion in the surrounding environment. It is not a sport or a hike, but rather an invitation to pause, experience silence, and reconnect with both nature and yourself.

Main elements

  • Slow, mindful walking guided by a facilitator.

  • Breathing and mindfulness exercises.

  • Experiential invitations that awaken the senses.

  • Moments of silence and reflection.

  • Strengthening the connection with nature and oneself through symbolic activities.

Why participate?

Research-supported benefits include:

  • Reduced levels of the stress hormone cortisol.

  • Improved mood and reduced anxiety.

  • Strengthened immune system.

  • Enhanced creativity, concentration, and sleep quality.

  • Better emotional regulation and increased psychological resilience.

This session is an opportunity not only to spend time in nature, but also to recharge, restore energy, and create meaningful shared experiences with colleagues from the professional community.
