About the event
This ECPA webinar provides a structured and practice-oriented overview of the evolving ESG and sustainability reporting landscape in the Baltic region, with a particular focus on CSRD implementation. Participants will gain clarity on the latest regulatory requirements, recent updates, and realistic implementation timelines, as well as insights into how organizations are progressing in practice across the Baltics.
The session will present an overview of the 2025 Baltic sustainability reporting landscape, highlighting key findings, maturity levels, and the most common gaps observed in ESG reporting and implementation. It will also explore sector-specific benchmarks, illustrating ESG actions, priorities, and emerging trends among Lithuania’s largest companies. Finally, the webinar will address whether ESG in the Baltics is primarily a regulatory “stick” or a strategic “carrot,” analysing the role of regulation, market pressure, and business value in driving sustainability agendas.
The webinar will be led by Indrė Blauzdžiūnaitė, Senior Sustainability Expert with more than 10 years of experience in ESG accounting and reporting, sustainable product creation, and strategic communications. Indrė works closely with organizations to embed sustainability into core business processes, engage all key stakeholders, and translate regulatory and strategic ESG objectives into measurable, tangible outcomes. Her approach focuses on creating positive impact, tracking it through robust indicators, and transparently communicating results to both internal and external audiences.
