What motivated you to create ECPA, Liudas?
"We saw a growing need for compliance professionals to have a dedicated space to connect, share knowledge, and grow together. The compliance field has become increasingly vital as businesses face more regulatory scrutiny. However, many professionals often feel isolated. We wanted to create a strong community that fosters collaboration and ensures compliance is seen as a key business function, not just a regulatory requirement."
What are your goals for ECPA?
"We aim to build a thriving network of compliance professionals who can drive positive change within their organizations and industries. Through our training programs, certifications, and resources, we hope to set industry standards and encourage best practices. We want to strengthen the link between businesses and regulatory bodies, making compliance a strategic advantage. Ultimately, we want to create an environment where compliance professionals feel supported,empowered, and recognized for their important work."
